AntiGravity Fitness

We are the only affiliate in Nova Scotia

AntiGravity is a comprehensive Fitness Technique created by Christopher Harrison to increase one's overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty.

At Aerial Essence we host AntiGravity Fitness classes. The classes combine poses and sequences that we move through using our Harrison AntiGravity Hammocks. AntiGravity classes are a great way to strengthen and stretch muscles while gaining flexibility and decompressing the spine.

 

AntiGravity Fitness is a unique and exciting way to enhance your workout routine! Some benefits of AntiGravity Fitness: Enhanced Flexibility: The support of the hammock allows for deeper stretches that might be difficult to achieve on the ground.

 

Strength Building: Many exercises require you to engage multiple muscle groups, helping to build overall strength.

Core Stability: Engaging your core is essential for maintaining balance and control in AntiGravity movements.
